Pakistan former captain Mohammad Hafeez will lead Lahore Qalandars in the fourth edition of Pakistan Super League (PSL) which will start from February 14th, 2018.
In a private event held by Lahore Qalandars at the Royal Palm Golf and Country Club, Hafeez was officially announced as the new skipper for the side.

Hafeez will be Qalandars third captain in the league. Azhar Ali captained the side in the first edition. New Zealand great Brendon Mc Cullum captained qalandars in the second and third edition.
After representing Peshawar Zalmi in the first three editions of the PSL, Hafeez parted ways with his former franchise before the draft. Later on, Hafeez was picked by Qalandars in their platinum category.
Hafeez, a few days back announced retirement from test cricket to focus on limited overs cricket. Hafeez has a good record leading Pakistan in the Twenty-20 format.
